(IQF) FROZEN FRUIT BIO/ORGANIC
Thanks to the IQF (INDIVIDUALLY QUICK FROZEN) technology, the fruits retain all natural ingredients and properties. The fast freezing process limits the formation of large ice crystals that can damage the internal structure of the fruit (the effect of slower freezing). This consequently has a positive effect both on the product's consistency as well as the color and odor after thawing.
